Return policy

You have 14 days after shipping to return a non-customized item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, the item will be inspected, and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded by state law.


After receiving your returned item, refunds will be credited to your original payment method minus shipping charges, plus a 10% restocking fee taken from the subtotal of your order. If you need to cancel your initial order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund. If you need to cancel after 24 hours of the initial order and before the item is delivered, you will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing charge.


Damaged Items

Inflatable Signs is proud of our quality and craftsmanship. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us upon receipt, and we’ll make things right.

Sale / Clearance Items

Sale and Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.


In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received was dependent upon the grand total cost of the order, and part of the order is canceled or returned after making the purchase, then the discount you qualified for is subject to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. Any refunds for items returned or canceled will be subject to this change.

Custom Items

As Inflatable Signs orders include printed elements, all return or refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. For any return to be accepted it must be in a new, unused, and re-sellable condition as determined by Inflatable Signs, accompanied by original packaging. Printed soft-goods or other custom items are not eligible for return or refund.
